Account access
Use the verification screen’s Resend email action, or Forgot password on sign-in. If those paths fail, email hello@joinsidenote.com from the account email without including passwords, cookies, or token-bearing links.
Books, shelves, and accessibility
For a missing or incorrect book, a shelf problem, a broken page, or an accessibility barrier, email hello@joinsidenote.com with the URL, device or browser, expected result, and what occurred. A safe screenshot is welcome.
Safety, privacy, and deletion
Use in-product Report or Block controls for reader behavior. Use privacy@joinsidenote.com for data access, export, or deletion help. Account deletion is available in Settings → Account → Delete account.
Response expectations
Safety and account-security issues are prioritized. SideNote is operated by a small team, so response times vary. One complete request is more useful than repeated messages.
